All in all everything was modern, had a pleasant stay in four nights. The restaurant was pretty good for choices, we ordered appetising dishes. The bed was comfortable and there were an electric kettle and glassware.

The staff we met were very unfriendly.

Location is very nice and the whole complex is rather impressive

On booking in rather late the room's large screen tv didn't work and the airconditioner didn't work windows didnt open, so uncomfortable stuffy night. To be fair we got moved to another room next day. Expensive valet parking when there is ample parking spaces in the street

the staff were courteous and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. noise disturbances during the night from the drop-off zone and cigarette smoke near the balcony were quite bothersome and could be improved for a better stay.

Close proximity to venue. Modern room and bathroom. Restaurant great food and service.

Remote for well appointed Tv and menue could not be used. Very disappointed. Parking for a fee was not appreciated. we parked on the street 2nd night.

We like the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The location is another plus as it is easy to access from either main entry into the city. The restaurant and its staff are excellent.

Well appointed rooms Rooms are great size Bed very comfortable Bathroom great size Restaurant/micro-brewery

WiFi connection was OK but WiFi itself seemed to be constantly dropping in and out - WiFi in hotels in Bangkok is faster and more consistent Not hotel's issue but no convenience store open after hours nearby Most of the front desk staff were great (Larna was fantastic) but all staff should keep be maintaining the same high standards and friendliness
